She is deeply committed to the quality of care provided, finding fulfillment in creating a warm, home-like environment for every resident. Vicky appreciates the thoughtful touches that make the community special, from nutritious, home-cooked meals to engaging activities and meaningful programs. She values being part of a team of caregivers who share a genuine passion for supporting others with kindness and respect. Elizabeth, better known as Liz, has been a valued member of the team for 19 years, bringing both experience and heart to her role every day. She began her journey at Wisteria Haus in 2007 and, through her dedication and leadership, transitioned into the Assistant Community Manager position. Elizabeth takes pride in the warm, welcoming atmosphere within the community, where both staff and residents create a truly supportive environment. She believes the connections built here go beyond the workplace, describing the community as one big family. Her passion for her work is reflected in the meaningful relationships she has formed with residents, each of whom she knows by name.
